摘 要:传统代工企业如何利用互联网的思维进行有效转型,一直是业界和学术界关注的焦点。阐述在传统代工企业亟须转型的背景下传统代工企业转型的研究现状,在此基础上提出了互联网思维下传统代工企业转型的四点三维模型,在分析目前传统代工企业二维平面转型思维的不足和局限性后,详细阐述了四点三维模型在传统代工企业转型各阶段的运作流程和运作方式,并以一个传统的服装代工厂为例简要论证了模型的应用效果,最后对该转型模型的可行性和有效性进行了总结。How to use the Internet to help the traditional OEM enterprise transform effectively has been the focus in both the in-dustry and the academia. This paper introduces the background of the traditional OEM enterprise,s transformation, reviews the research status of traditional OEM enterprise transformation, and then puts forward a four - point three - dimensional model for the transformation in this Internet age. After analyzing the limitations of traditional OEM enterprise’s 2D transformation structure, this paper describes the transition process and operation way of this new model at every stage of the transforming, takes a tradi-tional clothing factory as an example to demonstrate the application of the model, and finally summarizes the feasibility and validi-ty of the model.
