住院神经症性障碍患者抽象色偏好及其影响因素研究

摘　　要：目的了解住院神经症性障碍患者抽象色偏好特点及影响因素。方法对223例住院神经症性障碍患者进行颜色偏好测试。结果住院神经症性障碍患者对抽象色的偏好顺序依次为绿、蓝、黄、红、橙、紫、白、灰、黑色。不同性别、年龄、文化程度神经症性障碍患者抽象色偏好序列倾向一致(P<0.05)。文化程度高者偏好白色,文化程度低者偏好黑色,两者偏好程度差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。不同发病形式偏好顺序倾向一致(P<0.01),治疗前最偏好蓝色,最不偏好黑色;治疗后最偏好红色,最不偏好灰色。住院神经症性障碍患者的抽象色偏好顺序受年龄、文化程度、家庭关系、生活事件、躯体疾病、首发年龄、HAMD评分、住院满意度及精神质(P)等多种因素的影响(P<0.05)。结论神经症性障碍患者的抽象色偏好受多方面因素的影响,合理运用色彩帮助患者康复值得进一步研究。Objective To explore the characteristics of abstract color preference and influencing factors in inpatients with neurotic disorder. Methods A total of 223 inpatients with neurotic disorder were selected and assessed with the color preference test. Results The abstract color preference ordering in inpatients with neurotic disorder was green,blue,yellow,red,orange,purple,white,grey,black. There were no significant differences in abstract color preference orderings in neurotic patients with different genders,ages and education levels（ P〈0. 05）. The patients with high education level preferred white,and the patients with low education level preferred black（ P〈0. 01）. There was no significant difference in abstract color preference ordering in neurotic patients with different onset styles（ P〈0. 01）. The patients preferred blue best and preferred black least before treatment,and they preferred red best and preferred grey least after treatment. The influencing factors for abstract color preference ordering were age,education level,family relationship,life event,physical disease,first-onset age,HAMD score,satisfaction level for hospitalization and psychoticism（ P）（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The abstract color preference in neurotic patients is influenced by many factors,and using colors reasonably to help them recover deserves further exploration.
