构建生态体育评价指标体系的研究

摘　　要：生态体育在遵循主客观自然环境可持续发展的原则中,需要建立标准来衡量及评估其发展水平和生态承诺。建立评估的指标体系,可为政府及企业推出的体育产品进行生态等级评价,从而鼓励和促进体育活动参与者、经营者及管理者的行为规范,改善其环境表现,实现对自身和自然生态负责的承诺。研究主要运用德尔菲法、层次分析法等,对生态体育的评价指标体系进行了系统研究,构建了3个一级指标、7个二级指标、30个三级指标的评价指标体系。运用层次分析法确立了各指标的权重,并对各指标的内涵进行了详细的说明和解释,以提高评价体系在实践工作中的可操作性。In accordance with the subjective and objective nature of sustainable development principles,ecological sports have to establish a standard to measure or evaluate its' development levels as well as the ecological commitment.Establishing the evaluation index system is available for eco-rating the sports products that be launched by governments and enterprises.So then encourage and boost the conduct code of sports' participants,operators and managers.Improving their environmental performance,and to achieve the responsibility commitment to themselves and the natural ecology.Mainly use'Delphi','AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process)' and etc.,to have a systematic researching for evaluation index system of ecological sports,established a set of integrated evaluation index system which including 3 first class indicators,7 second class indicators and 30 third class indicators.Using AHP to confirm the weight of allindexes,and having the detailed clarification for each index to improve the operability of evaluation system in practice.
