摘  要:研究堆垛机与穿梭车结合式密集存储系统调度问题,可提高系统运行效率、降低成本。为符合存储系统实际运作情况且获得较准确的调度作业时间,考虑堆垛机与穿梭车在加速、减速过程中存在的加速度,对密集存储系统作业流程进行分析;并以订单处理时间最小为目标函数,建立密集存储系统调度作业数学模型。采用改进遗传算法,对该模型进行MATLAB编程求解并仿真。分别根据算例中三种不同任务量的订单,将优化前后订单的处理时间进行对比分析。结果表明,考虑加速度的调度时间数学模型及改进遗传算法可行有效,在一定程度上能够提高仓储运行效率。The scheduling problem of the combination of the stacking crane and the shuttle is studied,which can improve the operation efficiency and reduce the cost of the system. To suit the practical operation of storage system and get precise scheduling time,the acceleration of the stacking crane and the shuttle in the course of motion were considered,and the working process of compact storage system is analyzed,then taking the minimum order processing time as the objective function. In the premise of these conditions,the mathematical model of compact storage system can be established. The improved genetic algorithm is used to simulate the proposed model and MATLAB is used to compiler the proposed model algorithm. According to the example of three different quantities of order,the processing time of the order before and after optimization is compared and analyzed. The results show that the scheduling time of the established mathematical model and improved genetic algorithm is feasible and effective and that can improve warehouse operation efficiency to some extent.
