摘　　要：传统物流发展已陷入瓶颈,不能满足顾客在冷链配送服务的需要。为了更好地提升冷链物流服务,文中从我国冷链物流的发展现状及顺丰速运在冷链配送方面的发展历程出发,分析了加快冷链物流发展的必要性和机遇,探讨了顺丰速运依靠冷链物流提升服务的面临的问题,进而为顺丰速运提升冷链物流服务水平给出建议。The development of traditional logistics has fallen into the bottleneck,and can＇t meet the needs of customers in cold chain distribution services. In order to improve the cold chain logistics service,This paper starts with the development of cold chain logistics in China and the development of SF EXPRESS in cold chain distribution,analyzes the necessity and opportunity of speeding up the development of cold chain logistics,and discusses the problems faced by SF EXPRESS relying on cold chain logistics to improve service,and then gives some suggestions for SF EXPRESS to improve the service level of cold chain logistics.
