摘 要:石材行业的一大特点是对资源、能源的消耗较高,排放的"三废"对环境污染较为严重,加之很多中小石材企业盲目追逐短期利润,在绿色、清洁生产技术运用方面动力不足,对环境管理方面投入不多,产品缺乏市场竞争力,已经难以适应现代绿色、低碳经济的发展要求,面临着发展瓶颈的制约,亟待寻求新的管理模式。可以从社会认知层面、企业技术和管理层面、供应链运行与协作层面、绩效评价层面、激励与约束机制层面、政府监管层面来构建石材企业绿色供应链管理体系,是实现石材企业绿色可持续发展的必由之路。One major feature of the stone industry is high with of the resource and energy consumption,"three wastes"emissions of environmental pollution is very serious,many small and medium-sized stone enterprises blindly chase short-term profits,the power in the green and clean production technology use is insufficient,the environmental management aspects of investment is not much and the product is lack of market competitiveness,which has been difficult to adapt to the development of modern green and low carbon economy,facing the bottleneck restricting the development,and must seek new management mode.The building of green supply chain management system for stone enterprises can be from social cognitive level,enterprise technology and management level,supply chain operation and collaboration level,performance evaluation level,incentive and restraint mechanism level and government supervision level,which is the only way to realize green sustainable development of stone enterprise.
