摘　　要：物流专业在飞速发展的同时也面临人才市场供需矛盾问题,造成这一矛盾的主要原因在于校企未能有效融合,产教协同不够。文中在分析国内外物流专业建设现状的基础上,指出物流专业建设面临的问题,并结合实际构建了基于校企深度融合、产教协同发展的应用型物流人才培养模式,以适应区域经济和行业发展需要。With the rapid development of logistics Specialty,it also faces the contradiction between supply and demand in the talent market. The main reason for this contradiction lies in the lack of effective integration between schools and enterprises and the lack of synergy between industry and education. This paper analyzes the current situation of logistics specialty construction at home and abroad,points out the problems faced by the construction of Logistics Specialty,constructs an applied logistics talents training mode based on the depth of school enterprise integration and the synergistic development of industry and education,which is to meet the needs of regional economy and industry development.
