摘　　要：在国家"双一流"建设背景下,阐述了博士研究生教育改革和国家"双一流"建设的关系,分析了博士研究生教育改革的现状,并以南京大学物理学院为例,对博士研究生教育改革试行以来,采取的措施以及取得的成效进行了全面分析,并提出深化博士研究生培养机制改革、进一步提升博士研究生培养质量的几点思考和建议。Under the background of ＂Double First-rate＂ construction, the author explains the relationship between the doctoral education reform and Double First-rate construction, analyzes the current reform situation. Taking College of Physics in Nanjing University as an example, this paper comprehensively analyzes the measures and results since the implementation of educational reform,and proposes ideas and suggestions on deepening the reform of doctoral training mechanism and further improving the quality of doctoral students.
