摘　　要：中外合作大学特殊的学校性质使得其德育工作在价值观教育、自我认知教育以及德育的方式方法等方面面临诸多挑战。因此马克思主义哲学作为科学的世界观和方法论,在中外合作大学的德育工作中应该发挥引导作用,以辩证的、批判的、实践的思维方式贯穿德育工作全过程,帮助学生树立正确的价值观念、构建合理的自我认知,从而促进中外合作大学德育工作的发展。The special nature of Sino-foreign Universities makes their moral education face many challenges in values education, self cognition education and the ways and methods of moral education. As a scientific worldview and methodology, Marxist philosophy should play a guiding role to promote the development of moral education in Sino-foreign Universities, and its dialectical thinking, critical thinking and practical thinking throughout the process of the moral education help the students establish correct values and rational self-awareness.
