钬激光联合光动力治疗头面部难治性基底细胞癌和鳞状细胞癌疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:评价钬激光联合光动力治疗19例基底细胞癌(BCC)及7例头面部鳞状细胞癌(SCC)的临床疗效。方法:首先采用钬激光对病变组织进行消融,再使用光动力进行联合治疗,随访12~18个月。结果:10例皮损完全消退(BCC8例、SCC2例);9例(BCC6例、SCC3例)皮损缩小≥50%;复发6例(BCC4例、SCC2例),总有效率73.08%。结论:钬激光联合光动力治疗头面部BCC和SCC有效。Objective： To assess the clinical efficacy of holmium laser combined with photodynamic therapy in the treatment of 19 patients with refractory basal cell carcinoma（ BCC） and 7 patients with squamous cell carcinoma（ SCC）. [WT5＂HZ]Methods： Firstly the lesion was removed by holmium laser,then followed by photodynamic therapy. The clinical efficacy was assessed after 12 to 18 months. Results： The lesions were complete remission in 10 cases（ 8 of BCC,2 of SCC）,partial remission more than 50% in 9 cases（ 6 of BCC,3 of SCC） and the total effective rate was 73.08%.Conclusion： Holmium laser combined with photodynamic therapy is effective in the treatment of refractory BCC and SCC on head and face.
