摘　　要：随着国内老龄化程度的不断加剧,老年人对居家医护服务的需求与日俱增。依据居家养老医护信息化的需求及特点,以居民电子健康档案为核心,依托无线体域网、物联网、互联网和移动通讯网等现代信息技术,对居家养老医护服务信息化支撑体系进行研究与设计,并对体系建设重点与难点进行探讨,为社区居家养老探索有效的医护服务模式提供借鉴意义。With the increasing degree of aging in China, the demand for home care for the elderly is increasing day by day. According to the requirements and characteristics of informationization of home-based medical care for the aged and based on the residents EHR, depending on modern information technology such as WBAN（Wireless Body Area Network）, IoT（Internet of Things）, internet, and mobile internet, it made a blueprint of supporting system of home-based medical care for the aged and explored the system construction emphasis and difficulties, which provides scientific basis for home-based medical care for the aged.
