实验性自身免疫性葡萄膜炎大鼠闪光视网膜电图的改变

摘　　要：目的观察实验性自身免疫性葡萄膜炎(EAU)大鼠闪光视觉诱发电位(F-VEP)和闪光视网膜电图(FERG)的改变。方法选取雌性Lewis大鼠(6~8周)12只,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,各6只。实验组大鼠后肢足底、两侧腹壁和躯干上皮下各注射含有光感受器间维生素A类结合蛋白(IRBP,1177-1191)和结核菌素(TB)的完全弗氏佐剂(CFA)乳化液,对照组大鼠不做处理。EAU大鼠模型制备8 d后,用眼底光学相干断层成像术(OCT)、眼底荧光素造影(FFA)及F-VEP和F-ERG等手段观察眼底病变情况。结果与对照组大鼠相比,实验组大鼠免疫后第8天眼底彩照、OCT及FFA等检查结果均无明显变化。两组F-VEP结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而与对照组大鼠相比,实验组大鼠F-ERG有显著改变,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论免疫后第8天,EAU大鼠视网膜电图已经发生改变,表明EAU大鼠视网膜细胞已经受到损害。Objective To observe the changes of flash visual evoked potential（F-VEP） and flash electroretinogram（FERG） in experimental autoimmune uveitis（EAU） rats. Methods 12 female Lewis rats（6-8 weeks old） were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with a random number table method. Each group included 6rats. EAU models were induced by injection of interphotor-eceptor retinoid binding protein（IRBP, 1177-1191） supplemented with complete Freund adjuvant（CFA） and tuberculin（TB） at footpads, napes and back of the body; while another 6 rats without any treatment were used as normal controls. After EAU induction for 8 days, both EAU and control rats were examined by Fundus, fundus fluorescein angiography（FFA）, optical coherence tomography（OCT）, F-VEP and F-ERG techniques, respectively. Results Compared with those in control group, the results of rats in EAU group determined by fundus photograph, OCT and FFA had no apparent alterations after induction for 8 days, and no significant difference in F-VEP measurement was found between the two groups（P〉0.05）, however, there was a significant difference for the result of F-ERG between EAU and control groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The F-ERG in EAU rats has been apparent changed after EAU induction for 8 days, indicating that the retinal cells have been damaged.
