摘 要:随着现代信息技术的飞速发展,特别是新媒体的迅猛发展给高校宣传思想工作带来了新的机遇与挑战。做好新形势下的高校宣传思想工作,必须把握新媒体的特点,抓住统筹与创新这两个关键词,以互联网思维及全媒体、大宣传理念开展宣传思想工作;创新工作理念,构建全媒体矩阵;创新话语体系,增强宣传思想工作的舆论引导;把握好时、度、效,讲好高校故事;建立起高效创新的工作机制,不断提升高校宣传思想工作的科学化水平。With the rapid development of modern information technology,the progress of new media has brought new opportunities and challenges to the process of ideological publicity work in colleges and universities. In order to fulfill the task of colleges and universities propaganda and ideological work under the new situation,it is a necessity to grasp the characteristics of new media and focus on the co-ordination and innovation through Internet channel to carry out propaganda and ideological work with the general publicity ideas. By innovating work ethics,convergent media is asked to be structured. By innovating the discourse system,public opinion guidance of ideological publicity work is need to be enhanced. To tell a good story of universities should balance the chance,degree and efficiency. Thus,scientific working level of propaganda and ideological work will constantly be improved through establish a highly efficient and innovative working mechanism.
