摘　　要：内地新疆中职班学生因环境的变迁,带来了文化适应中的诸多问题,解决这些问题,需要加大双语教学的力度,加强学生的心理疏导,以多元开放的文化理念,培育学生积极地文化交往心态。The paper discusses the problems of cultural adaptation of the students of secondary vocational education of Xinjiang brought by the students' environment change to the inland of China. The author argues that measures will have to be taken to tackle these problems as strengthening bilingual teaching, enhancing psychological counseling to students, instructing students to form multicultural ideas and encourage students to take an active part in various cultural activities.
