摘  要:对2 000名大学生开展问卷调查,了解了各类食物的消费量及其与推荐量的差别,并分别从性别、城乡、年级、生活费支出、体型等角度进行了比较分析。发现男生的肉类消费明显高于女生,而水果消费明显低于女生;城市生源学生的动物性食物消费比农村生源学生多;在谷类、蔬菜、畜禽肉类、乳制品、大豆的消费上存在年级差异;大学生的食物选择受经济因素的影响,随着生活费等级的提高,动物性食物的消费比重逐步提高;除畜禽肉类外其他各类食物消费没有体型差异。建议加强对大学生食物消费的引导。With a questionnaire among 2 000 college students, the authors knew the consumption of various foods and the di^srence compared with the recommended quantity, and further analyzed consumption of various foods from the aspects of the gender, urban and rural areas, grade, living expenses, body figure. The meat consumption ofboys was significantly higher than that ofgirls, and the fruit consumption was significantly lower than that ofgirls. Urban students eat more animal food than rural students. There were great differences in the intake of cereals, vegetables, meat, dairy products and soybeans of different grade students. College students' food choices were affected by economic factors, and with the improvement ofliving expenses, the proportion of animal food consumption gradually increased. There were no body figure differences in all kinds offood except meat. Finally, the authors put forward some suggestions on guiding the college students' food consumption.
