中药逆转白血病细胞多药耐药的研究进展

摘　　要：白血病细胞对化疗药物产生多药耐药(MDR)是化疗失败和疾病复发的主要原因。由于肿瘤细胞MDR作用机制十分复杂,而中药可多靶点、多途径、低毒、高效逆转MDR。作为耐药逆转剂,中药增强耐药肿瘤细胞对化疗药物敏感性成为研究热点。本文就肿瘤细胞MDR复杂机制、中药单体和中药复方逆转MDR的研究进行综述。The main reason of causing failure of chemotherapy and disease recurrence is multidrug resistance（MDR）.Because the mechanism of tumor cell MDR action is very complex,traditional Chinese medicine can reverse MDR with multiple targets,multiple pathways,low toxicity and high efficiency.As a drug resistance reversal agent,traditional Chinese medicine has become a hot topic that it enhances the sensitivity of drug-resistant tumor cells to chemotherapeutic drugs.This article reviews the research of the complex mechanism of tumor cell MDR and the reversal of MDR by single traditional Chinese medicine and compound traditional Chinese medicine.
