摘　　要：《琵琶记》是中国古典戏曲中的名作,描写了封建社会时期蔡氏家族在努力摆脱平民阶层、晋升精英阶层的艰难历程中,每位成员为了这一宏大目标都付出的沉重代价。蔡公蔡婆是最高指挥者,同时也是最大牺牲者;蔡伯喈是核心实施者,也是陷入两难境地的最大纠结者;赵五娘是最大受难者,更是最大得益者;牛小姐是既得利益维护者,也是新获利益的最大助力者。他们齐心协力,终得门楣光耀,为追求"风化体",共同演绎了一部惨烈的中国式家族奋斗史,也正是在这样的家族组团奋斗模式中,构成并造就了中国古代的社会制度和思想文化。As a masterpiece of Chinese classical opera,The Story of Pipa Ji describes the Cai family＇s difficult struggle to up-grade their family from the civilian class to the elite class in the feudal society period during which every family member paid heavily for the grand goal. Cai Gong and Cai Po are the highest directors,who are also the worst victims. Cai Bojie is the core executive,as well as the one situated in a huge dilemma. Zhao Wuniang is not only the worst victim but also the most benefited. Miss Niu is both the vindicator of the vested interest and the biggest facilitator of the new gained interest. They all work together to make fame and to pursue ＂Fenghua Ti＂,thus performing a miserable history of struggles in a Chinese family. It is in this family-teamwork struggle mode that the Chinese ancient social system and ideology and culture are constructed.
