摘　　要：我国高校创新创业教育不断加强,但仍存在着创新创业教育理念滞后,与专业教育结合不紧等问题。本文通过对创新创业项目的设计,突出专业特色,开展大学生创新创业项目设计实践教学,以提升大学生创业创新能力的基本思想。Innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges of our country is being strengthened, and some achievements have obtained. But there still exist some problems, such as delayed innovation and entrepreneurship education concept, loosing combination with professional characteristics, separation with practicing, single teaching methods, low effectiveness and so on. Through the design of innovation and entrepreneurship project planning, some effective ways that can solve the problems above have been explored, which comprise outstanding professional characteristics, carrying out the practice teaching of innovation and entrepreneurship project in college students, enhancing the entrepreneurial intention, innovation spirit, innovation consciousness, innovation ability of college students, grasping the basic ideas of innovation and entrepreneurship preliminarily.
