摘　　要：MOOC以一种全新的教学模式迅速兴起并受到大家的广泛关注。在高等教育体系中,MOOC的优势尤为突出,对传统的课堂教学造成了巨大冲击。作为教学一线的教师,笔者结合自己的学习体会,简要介绍了MOOC的发展、MOOC自身的优势,然后又列举了传统教学模式的不足,最后结合实际阐述了不能完全用MOOC取代课堂教学的原因,同时提出了在课堂教学中引入优质MOOC资源,将MOOC与课堂教学相融合的改革设想。MOOC with a new teaching model and the rapid rise of widespread concern. In the higher education system, the advantages of MOOC are particularly prominent, which has caused a great impact on the traditional classroom teaching. As teachers,their learning experiences with the author, briefly introduces the development of MOOC, the advantages of MOOC; then, it lists the deficiency of the traditional teaching mode; finally, combined with the actual set cannot use MOOC instead of classroom teaching,and proposed the introduction of high-quality MOOC resources in classroom teaching and combining MOOC and classroom teaching reform.
