摘  要:近红外荧光染料探针因其信噪比高、组织穿透力强、对生物样品光损伤小等优势,在生物荧光成像领域备受瞩目.主族元素取代的罗丹明染料探针,不仅具有生物样品适用的近红外光谱性质,同时还保留了传统罗丹明的诸多优点,其中以硅原子取代的罗丹明分子中的氧原子而形成的硅基罗丹明染料探针最为突出.基于其优越的近红外光化学性质,硅基罗丹明染料探针已经广泛应用于生物样品的荧光识别成像.主族元素取代的罗丹明近红外荧光染料探针的发展,丰富了荧光染料探针的种类和数量,拓展了荧光染料探针的应用.本文综述了近年来主族元素取代的罗丹明染料的发展,主要探讨了探针的设计思路、荧光信号调控机制及其近红外成像应用.Near Infrared (NIR) fluorescence imaging is significant in bioimaging with many favorable characteristics,including high signal/noise ratio, deep penetration and low photo-toxicity. The main group elements substituted rhodamine dyes have attracted large attention not only due to the NIR characteristics, but also many inherited outstanding merits of rhodamine dyes. Among the developed rhodamine dyes, the dyes whose bridging oxygen are substituted by silicon have attracted most interests and been widely used in the fluorescence bioimaging. The development of NIR main group elements substituted rhodamine dyes has enriched the species and quantity of the fluorescent probes and enlarged their application. Herein we reviewed the design,development and application of main group substituted rhodamine in recent years.
