摘　　要：机器人辅助的根治性膀胱全切除术作为一种新的微创技术,手术操作精准,术后并发症发生率低,为外科医生接受并被推广。但机器人辅助的手术方式是否真的优于传统开放手术仍存在争议。本文回顾机器人辅助技术的发展历史,探讨其在膀胱癌治疗中的应用,并对该项技术的发展进行展望。Robot-assisted radical cystectomy（RARC）is generally accepted by surgeons and increasingly performed because of its accuracy and low rate of complications.Whether RARC is better than open radical cystectomy（ORC）for bladder cancer is inconclusive.This paper reviews the history of robot-assisted technology,discusses its application in the treatment of bladder cancer and the development of the technology.
