摘　　要：提出了一种由传动装置、驱动装置、偏心装置、花键轴及箱体等组成的新型机械式激振器,论述了其结构组成,推导了激振力的计算方程,并运用Matlab软件编制了相应的计算程序求解该方程。计算结果表明,当激振器从低频到高频变化时,激振力的最大幅值在较小范围内波动。A new-type of machine vibrator which includes gearing,driving device,eccentrics,spline shaft,box and so on is presented.The structure composition is introduced and the equation of the exciting force is derived.Then the corresponding calculation program is compiled to solve the equation with Matlab.Calculation result shows that the maximum amplitude of the exciting force fluctuates within a narrow range when the vibrator is changed from low frequency to high frequency.
