CD59和抑癌基因P16表达对胰腺癌的诊断意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨CD59联合P16对胰腺癌的诊断意义,为胰腺癌临床诊断提供参考。方法:选择病理确诊的观察组织标本40例为观察组,另选35例手术切除的胰腺癌旁正常组织为对照组,比较两组CD59、P16表达情况,分析其对于胰腺癌的确诊及其治疗意义。结果:胰腺癌肿瘤分化程度、临床分期、附近淋巴结转移、远处转移,各组间与CD59、P16的表达强度比较,差异均有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。胰腺癌的分化程度、临床分期、附近淋巴结转移、远处转移与CD59表达均呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),r值分别为:0.643、0.564、0.598、0.443;与P16表达均呈负相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),r值分别为:-0.673、-0.387、-0.551、-0.315。结论:CD59高表达可能成为胰腺癌早期诊断的参考指标之一;P16在观察组织中表达降低,P16可以作为诊断胰腺癌晚期的提示信号。Objective To investigate diagnosis significance of CD59 and P16 in pancreatic cancer so as to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis. Methods： 40 tissue samples pathologically diagnosed as pancreatic cancer were selected as observation group, while 35 resected normal adjacent tissues of pancreatic cancer were used as control group. The expressions of CD59 and P16 of the two groups were compared and their significances in the diagnosis and treatment of pancreatic cancer were analyzed. Results ： Among the pancreatic cancer patients with different tumor differentiations, clinical stages, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis, the differ-ences of the expressions of CD59 and P16were statistically significant （ P〈0.05）. The tumor differentiation, clinical stage, lymph node metastasis, and distant metastasis were positively correlated with the expression of CD59, and the differences were statistically signifi-cant （P〈0. 05, r = 0.643, 0.0564, 0.598, and 0.443, separately） ; however, they were negatively correlated with the expression of P16,and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05, r = -0. 673, -0.387, -0.551, and -0.315, separately）. Conclu-sions ： The high expression of CD59 may become one of the reference indexes in early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer, while the expres-sion of P16 in the observed tissue is reduced, and P16 can be a prompt signal in the diagnosis of advanced pancreatic cancer.
