摘  要:视黄酸(rRA)是维生素A的活性代谢产物,在胚胎发育和细胞的生长及分化过程中发挥重要作用。视黄酸相关物质与肿瘤细胞的分化、增殖或凋亡等密切相关。作为视黄酸代谢酶的一种,人辅酶Ⅱ依赖性视黄醇脱氢/还原酶(NRDR)被证实了其剪接的异常及蛋白酶活性变化和宫颈鳞状细胞癌的发生和发展密切相关。本文,我们将详述NRDR的研究现状和未来前景。Retinoic acid(RA) is an active derivative of vitamin A, which plays an important role in embryonic development, cell growth and differentiation through regulating the target gene expression. Current studies have found that the RA related substances are closely related to the differentiation, proliferation and apoptosis of tumor cells. As a kind of retinoic acid metabolism enzyme, NADP(H)-dependent retinol dehydrogenase/reductase(NRDR) was proved that its abnormal splicing and protease activity changes are closely related to the occurrence and development of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. In this review, we will discuss the research status and future prospects of NRDR.
