沈阳市幼儿园不同年级幼儿体质测试与评价等级的研究

摘　　要：通过对沈阳市幼儿园小班、中班和大班幼儿的体质测试,分析不同年级幼儿的体质状况及年龄变化的体质指标特征,并针对幼儿园小班、中班和大班幼儿的不同体质水平,建立较为科学的评价等级体系,为我国幼儿园不同年级幼儿体育活动的开展和幼儿体质等级的评价等提供理论与实践依据。结果表明:(1)随着年龄的增长,幼儿的身高、体重均逐渐增加,灵敏性素质逐渐提高,肌肉力量和协调能力逐渐增强,平衡能力逐渐增强。(2)幼儿园小班、中班和大班幼儿同性别相同指标测试结果间均具有非常显著的差异,为幼儿园不同年级幼儿制定不同的体质评价等级标准提供了依据。(3)根据统计学百分位数法划分评价等级标准,选择各体质指标第10、25、75、90百分位点测试结果制定的幼儿体质指标五级评价等级体系,对我国幼儿园不同年级幼儿体质等级的评价等具有非常重要的应用价值。The study tested young children＇ s physique of small class, middle class and large class in shenyang, analyzed health status of different grade children and the characteristics of body mass indexes in the age changes, and based on the young children＇ s physique level of small class, middle class and large class, established a scientific system of evaluation grades, so as to provide the theory and practice basis for the development of different grades of our kindergarten children＇ s sports activities and the level of children health evaluation. The results show that ： 1 ） With the growth of the age, young children＇s height and weight are gradually increased, sensitivity quality is gradually improved, muscle strength, coordina- tion ability and balance capability are strengthened gradually. 2） The young children of small class, middle class and large class with same gender index have very significant differences between test results, providing the basis for different grade children kindergarten level of physical fitness evaluation standard. 3 ） According to the percentile method of statistics divi- sion evaluation grade standard, the body mass indexes 10,25,75,90 percentage site test results were selected to develop the five-level rating system of children＇ s body mass indexes, having very important application value for the level of different grade children＇ s physique evaluation of our kindergarten.
