摘  要:目的:评价33℃高温环境(相对湿度:65%)定量负荷运动中口服CAF对体温调节及唾液分泌型免疫球蛋白A(s Ig A)、溶菌酶(LZM)的影响。方法:14名男性耐力运动员以50%最大负荷分别完成两次40 min(60转/分)功率自行车运动。咖啡因(CAF)运动实验,口服运动饮料(3 ml/kg体重)按6 mg/kg体重加入CAF,对照运动实验口服等量的运动饮料。连续测定直肠温(核心体温)、皮肤温,测定运动前60 min、运动前即刻、运动20 min、运动后即刻唾液s Ig A、LZM浓度。结果:核心体温在运动30 min至恢复期,CAF运动实验低于对照运动实验,平均皮肤温在运动20~30 min,CAF运动实验低于对照运动实验。唾液s Ig A水平,CAF运动实验与对照运动实验相同时间点间差异没有统计学意义,唾液LZM水平在运动20 min、运动后即刻低于对照运动实验对应时间点(P<0.01)。结论:高温环境口服CAF能够抑制男性耐力项目运动员运动中核心体温和皮肤温度的升高,并降低唾液LZM的水平。Purpose:to examine the effects of caffeine on body temperature regulation and the salivary secretory immuno- globulin A (sIgA) and lysozyme (LZM) in human during exercise in a high-temperature environment with 33℃ and 65% relative humidity. Methods:Fourteen male endurance collegiate players completed two trials on a cycle ergometer that ped- aled at 50% maximal workload for 40 minutes at a cadence of 60rmp. Each subject drank sports drink (3ml/kg body mass) containing caffeine (6mg/kg body mass) in the caffeine exercise trial, while subject drank the same amount of sports drink in the control exercise trial. During the experiments, rectum temperature (core body temperature), skin temper- ature were continuously measured. Saliva samples were collected at the points of 60rain before-exercise, before-exercise, exercise 20min, and after-exercise. Salivary sIgA and LZM were determined. Results : The core body temperatures from the post-exercise 30 minutes to the end of recovery period in the caffeine exercise trial were all lower than those in the control exercise trial ( P 〈 0. 05 ). During the post-exercise 20 to 30 minutes, the mean skin temperatures in the caffeine exercise trial were all lower than those in the control exercise trial ( P 〈 0. 05 ). There were no significant differences in the level of sIgA at the different time points between caffeine exercise trial and control exercise trial ( P 〉 0. 05 ). The level of LZM in exercise 20min and after-exercise in the caffeine exercise trial were significantly lower than those in the control exercise tri- al (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusions: Oral administration of caffeine could inhibit the increase in core body temperature and skin temperature, decreases the level of salivary LZM in athletes during exercise in the high-temperature environment.
