摘 要:目的总结伽玛刀治疗中枢神经系统血管外皮细胞瘤的有效性。方法回顾性分析10例经伽玛刀治疗的中枢神经系统血管外皮细胞瘤的病例资料。WHO分级Ⅱ级7例,Ⅲ级3例。结果术后随访11~47个月,平均29个月。所有病例在伽玛刀治疗后首次复查MRI,均可见肿瘤最大径较治疗前明显缩小。复发3例,其中2例再行伽玛刀治疗。本组病例伽玛刀治疗后未见神经损伤及水肿等不良反应。结论伽玛刀治疗中枢神经系统血管外皮细胞瘤,尤其是术后残留或复发肿瘤,表现出了良好肿瘤控制率,是一种安全有效的治疗手段。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the Gamma knife for hemangiopericytoma in the central nervous system. Methods The clinical data of 10 patients with hemangiopericytoma in the central nervous system treated by Gamma knife were analyzed retrospectively. There were 7 cases of WHO grade Ⅱ and 3 of grade Ⅲ. Results The mean follow-up was 29 months, ranging from 11 to 47 months. All the patients were examined by MRI for the first time after gamma knife treatment, and all the tumors shrank.Recurrence was seen in 3 cases, of which 2 were re-treated by gamma knife. There was no cranial nerve injury or brain edema after Gamma knife. Conclusion Gamma knife can be an effective and safe alternate for hemangiopericytoma in the central nervous system with good tumor control rate, especially for residual or recurrent lesions.
