产业承接力与土地集约利用水平的动态计量经济分析——以武汉、长沙和南昌为例

摘　　要：为促进区域产业转型升级与土地集约利用,考察产业承接力与土地集约利用之间的动态计量关系,该文利用长江中游城市群3个中心城市2001-2014年的面板数据,构建评价指标体系进行测度,并运用协整分析、Granger因果检验、脉冲分析及方差分解等方法,探讨城市产业承接力与土地集约利用水平相互作用的动态特征。结果表明:长江中游城市群中心城市产业承接力与土地集约利用之间存在长期稳定的均衡关系;不同城市中两者格兰杰因果关系表现不一,武汉市表现出互为因果关系,而长沙市与南昌市只存在单向因果关系;通过脉冲分析和方差分解明确两者冲击作用响应特征并分析原因。依据研究结果,从城市产业承接力与土地集约利用相互作用的特征出发,给出了推动产业结构升级和区域土地利用协调发展的相关建议。In order to promote the industrial transformation and land intensive utility,the dynamic relationship between carrying ability of industry and intensive use level of land is analyzetl.T he evaluation criteria system is established using the panel data from 2001 to 2014 in 3 central cities of urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. M eanwhile,the interaction rela-tionships between carrying al^ility of industry and intensive use level of land among different cities are discussed by utilizing ee conometric methods,namely cte integration analysis,causality test and impulse analysis.The results show that there is a stable long- term equilibrium relationship betw^een the carrying ability of industry and intensive use level of land in the central cities of urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. The relationship is a two- way Granger causality in Wuhan, while a single directional Granger causality in Changsha and Nanchang. How and why the characteristics of sho（k response is formed are analyzed though impulse response function and the variance decomposition. According to theresearch,from the per-spective of the interaction characteristics between the carrying ability of industry and intensive use level of land,this paper has provided the relevant suggestions about the coordinated development between industrial upgrading and the regional land utiliza- tion .
