摘　　要：研究企业竞争力对企业发展具有重要意义,新时期,企业存在竞争激烈、新兴产业崛起和高技能人才匮乏等挑战;同时,"大数据"和"互联网+"时代的到来以及"一带一路"的提出为企业带来了新的发展机遇。利用层次分析法对建筑企业的竞争力进行分析,结果显示:科技创新能力占到了总指标的42.3%,是影响企业发展的重要因素,企业要想保持稳定的发展速度,应加大企业的科研投入力度,充分利用政策优势,促进企业资源合理分配,从而提高企业的竞争力。Studies on the competitiveness of enterprises are of great significance to enterprise development in the new era with the fierce competition among enterprises and the challenges such as the rising new industries and lack of highly skilled personnel, at the same time, “big data” ,“ Internet plus” and “the Belt and Road” have brought new development opportunities for enterprises. This paper analyzes the AHP competitiveness of construc-tion enterprise, and the results show the science and technology innovation ability account for 42. 3 % in the total indicators, an important factor affecting the development of enterprises. In order to maintain stable development, enterprises should increase investment on research, make full use of the advantages of policies, and promote the rational allocation of corporate resources, so as to improve the competitiveness.
