传承创新 服务育人——应用转型视角下的高校图书馆工作理念

摘　　要：随着地方高校向应用型转变,高校图书馆要顺应转型的大势,研究审视图书馆工作,转变工作理念,提高服务质量和服务水平,助力高校的转型发展。本文从传承文化是图书馆的核心职能和价值所在、开拓创新是"图书馆+"时代的必然选择、服务育人是高校图书馆的根本宗旨这三个方面详细论述了在高校向应用型转变的背景下,高校图书馆传承创新、服务育人的工作理念。With the application transformation of local colleges and universities, the university libraries should follow the trend of transformation to study the work of the library, change the work concept, improve the service quality and service level to help the application transformation of colleges and universities. This article holds that the inheritance culture is the core function and the value of the libraries; the development of innovation is the inevi-table choice of the library ＋ times; service education is the basic purpose of the university libraries. Through a de-tailed discussion of the context of university application transformation, the work concept of inheriting, innovating and serving to educate people is reached for university libraries.
