左氧氟沙星联合金双歧治疗急性腹泻的临床疗效及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的:探究左氧氟沙星联合金双歧治疗急性腹泻的临床疗效及安全性研究。方法:收集笔者所在医院消化科收治的急性腹泻患者65例,根据随机对照表分为对照组和治疗组,其中治疗组33例,对照组32例,对照组采用左氧氟沙星注射液静脉滴注治疗,治疗组在此基础上联用金双歧口服治疗,治疗结束后对比分析两组临床疗效、血清TNF-α、IL-6、CD4、CD8水平及CD4/CD8数值。结果:结果显示治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:左氧氟沙星联合金双歧治疗急性腹泻提高临床治愈率,缓解临床症状体征,药物安全性较高,提高细胞免疫功能,抑制外来致病菌,阻止炎症反应以及肠黏膜再损伤。Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of levofloxacin combined with Golden Bifid in the treatment of acute diarrhea. Methods： 65 patients with acute diarrhea were collected from our hospital gastroenterology patients according to randomized divided into control group and treatment group,33 cases in treatment group,32 cases in the control group,the control group using Levofloxacin Injection intravenous infusion therapy,the treatment group on the basis of oral Jinshuangqi treatment,clinical curative effect,numerical analysis serum TNF-,IL-6,CD4,CD8 alpha and CD4/level of CD8 contrast after the end of treatment of two groups were compared. Results：The results showed that the treatment group significantly was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： Levofloxacin combined with Jinshuangqi for the treatment of acute diarrhea improve the clinical cure rate,relieve the clinical symptoms and signs,drug safety is high,improve the cellular immune function,inhibit foreign pathogens,prevent inflammation and intestinal mucosal damage.
