宫腔镜治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤及子宫颈息肉临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨宫腔镜治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤及子宫颈息肉的临床效果。方法方便选取2015年9月—2017年1月该院收治的子宫黏膜下肌瘤和子宫颈息肉患者102例进行分组研究,按照抽签法分为对照组和治疗组,每组51例患者,对照组行传统开腹手术治疗,治疗组行宫腔镜手术治疗,观察并比较两组临床治疗效果及手术时间、排气时间、下床活动时间、术中出血量、住院时间。结果对照组术中出血量(88.7±9.4)m L多于治疗组(24.3±5.7)m L,其手术时间(84.4±2.8)min、排气时间(29.8±8.4)h、下床活动时间(25.1±8.1)h及住院时间(7.8±3.4)d均长于治疗组(17.8±3.7)min、(8.5±3.7)h、(11.8±6.3)h、(5.2±3.0)d,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者的治疗总有效率98.0%与对照组患者的治疗总有效率82.4%比较,对照组低于治疗组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统开腹手术相比,宫腔镜治疗子宫黏膜下肌瘤及子宫颈息肉的临床效果更为确切,值得临床优先选择和进一步推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of hysteroscope in treatment of submucosal myoma of uterus and polyp of cervix. Methods 102 cases of patients with submucosal myoma of uterus and polyp of cervix admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2015 to January 2017 were convenient selected and divided into two groups with 51 cases in each,the control group and the treatment group were respectively treated with traditional laparotomy and hysteroscopic surgery,and the clinical treatment effect, operative time, exhaust time, time to get out of bed, intraoperative bleeding amount and length of stay were compared between the two groups. Results The intraoperative bleeding amount in the control group was more than that in the treatment group, [(88.7±9.4)m L vs(24.3±5.7)m L], and the operative time, exhaust time, time to get out of bed and length of stay were longer than those in the treatment group, [(84.4±2.8)min,(29.8±8.4)h,(25.1±8.1)h,(7.8±3.4)d vs(17.8±3.7)min,(8.5±3.7)h,(11.8±6.3)h,(5.2±3.0)d], and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05), and the total treatment effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(98.0% vs82.4%)(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of hysteroscope in treatment of submucosal myoma of uterus and polyp of cervix is more definite than that of traditional laparotomy, which is worth clinical selection and further promotion.
