雷替曲塞结合经肝动脉化疗栓塞术用于晚期大肠癌肝转移治疗临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究雷替曲塞与经肝动脉化疗栓塞术联合治疗晚期大肠癌肝转移疗效。方法方便选取2015年1月—2016年12月该院收治的80例晚期大肠癌肝转移患者为研究对象,随机分两组,对照组用雷替曲塞联合奥沙利铂化疗治疗,试验组给予雷替曲塞联合奥沙利铂经肝动脉化疗栓塞术进行治疗。对比两组临床治疗效果及相关临床指标改善情况。结果结果显示,试验组患者的RR为45.0%,DCR为70.0%,显著优于对照组RR22.5%,DCR47.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且,试验组转氨酶、CA19-9、胆红素以及CEA水平的缓解患者例数显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予晚期大肠癌肝转移患者采用雷替曲塞与经肝动脉化疗栓塞术联合进行治疗能有效提高患者的临床治疗效果,并改善患者的相关临床指标水平,疗效显著。Objective To study the curative effect of raltitrexed and transcatheter arterial chemoembolization in treatment of advanced liver metastases from colorectal cancer. Methods 80 cases of patients with advanced liver metastases from colorectal cancer admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group adopted the raltitrexed and oxaliplatin chemotherapy for treatment, while the test group adopted the raltitrexed and oxaliplatin TACE for treatment, and the clinical treatment effect and improvement of related clinical indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The results showed that the RR and DCR in the test group were obviously better than those in the control group(45.0%, 70.0% vs 22.5%, 47.5%), and the differences were obvious,(P<0.05), and the relief cases of transaminase, CA19-9, bilirubin, and CEA levels in the test group were obviously higher than those in the control group, and the differences were obvious(P <0.05). Conclusion The raltitrexed and transcatheter arterial chemoembolization of patients with advanced liver metastases from colorectal cancer can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect and improve the related clinical index levels of patients and the curative effect is obvious.
