摘　　要：以新疆哈密地区伊吾县下马崖乡维吾尔族"苏乃孜"被列为"省级非物质文化遗产"和被纳入"伊吾县伊水文化旅游节"之旅游项目前后所产生的变迁为个案,针对其中所出现的非物质文化遗产的保护问题,对我国当前非物质文化遗产保护中所存在的共性问题进行评介和反思,并提出保护建议。This paper studied Uygur ＂ Su Nai zi＂ in Yiwu County of Xinjiang Hami area which was listed in the provincial intangible cultural heritage ＂ and its changes after being one of the tourism projects during the Cultural Tourism Festival. Based on the current problems of the intangible cultural heritage protection,the present study assessed and reflected the common problems of the intangible cultural heritage protection,and then proposed suggestions on protection.
