摘　　要：黄山市有着悠久的产茶历史,茶文化已经成为徽州文化的重要组成部分,但是伴随着社会经济的快速发展,黄山市茶文化尤其是茶非物质文化遗产正面临着失传的风险。因此,在实地调研的基础上,文章首先对黄山市茶非物质文化遗产进行了分类,其次,对黄山市茶非物质文化遗产保护现状进行了深入研究,最后提出了黄山市茶非物质文化遗产的保护与传承对策。There has been a long history of tea production in Huangshan City. The tea culture has become an important part of Hui Zhou culture; however with the rapid development of social economy,the tea culture,especially the tea intangible cultural heritage,is facing the risk of lost in Huangshan city. Therefore,based on field investigation,the paper firstly classified the intangible cultural heritage of tea in Huangshan city,and then studied the protection situation of the current intangible cultural heritage of tea. Finally,this paper put forward countermeasures for better protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage of tea in Huangshan city.
