产学研视角下地方本科院校财务管理教学改革探究

摘　　要：财务管理是财经类专业的核心课程之一,是地方本科院校培养21世纪经济、管理类人才的一门应用性很强的学科。当前财务管理课程教学存在以下问题:一是缺乏实践经验丰富的教师;二是教学模式陈旧,内容单一;三是教材陈旧,缺乏实践教学;四是"放水式"考核,滋长学生的惰性。地方本科院校财务管理教学的改革对策:一要提高教师队伍素养,强化师资队伍;二要引入多元化教学方式,丰富教学内容;三要促进教材建设,强化实践教学;四要完善考核方式,凸显能力导向。As one of the core courses of finance and economics major, financial management is necessary choice for local universities to cultivate 21st century talents in economy and management. However, there are some issues on the current teaching of financial management course. For example, the first is lacking of experienced teachers ; the second is the outdated teaching methods and contents ; the third is lacking of practice of the outdated teaching materials ; and the last is lacking of strictness in ex- amination. Therefore, the present study proposes some reform countermeasures for the teaching. The teachers＇ quality should be emphasized; multiple teaching methods should be adopted to enrich the teaching contents; and the teaching materials and assessment patterns should be improved in order to emphasize the practical teaching.
