浅析高校教学改革存在的问题及对策——以安徽农业大学为例

摘　　要：高校教学改革是高校自身教学质量与水平提升的重要途径。安徽农业大学在教学改革过程中积极采取了一系列措施,但是仍存在着教学理念滞后、教学内容陈旧、教学方法运用不当等问题。该校应该抓住信息技术高速发展的契机,在校方、教师、学生共同努力下,不断进行研究、探讨和实践,树立以人为本的教育理念;调整课程体系、加强教材建设、提高实验实践教学质量;提高多媒体教学质量并积极开展微课慕课建设,以培养出社会和科技发展所需要的创新人才!Teaching innovation in college and universities is an important way to promote the teaching quality and level. A series of measures have been taken in the process of teaching innovation in Anhui Agriculture University, but there still exist some problems such as the deep -rooted traditional educational idea, outmoded teaching content, and improper teaching methods. It is suggested that the university should seize the chance of rapid developing information technology to conduct research and practice with the joint efforts of university, teachers and students. Firstly, the people oriented idea should be set up. Secondly, the curriculum system should be adjusted, the construction of teaching material should be strengthened, and the teaching quality of experiment and practice should be im- proved. In addition, the quality of multimedia - aided teaching should be improved, and Micro - lec- ture and Massive open online course should be developed. By these actions, innovative talents can be cultivated to meet the needs of society and the development of science and technology.
