技术创新对生鲜蔬菜流通发展的影响机制研究

摘　　要：在回顾文献研究、界定技术创新概念的基础上,阐述了技术创新对生鲜蔬菜流通发展的影响。结果表明,物流技术（冷链物流技术）和信息技术（物联网技术和互联网技术）的创新将有利于驱动生鲜蔬菜现代流通体系的构建;技术创新通过降低流通损耗率、提高流通速度、减少流通成本以及保障质量安全等方面提高了生鲜蔬菜的流通效率。On the basis of documentary study and the definition of technology innovation, the influence of technology innovation on the development of fresh vegetable circulation was elaborated. The results showed that, the innovation of logistics technology such as cold-chain logistics system and information technology like the internet of things and internet would benefit the construction of modern circulation system of fresh vegetables. Besides, by reducing the cost and loss rate of circulation, improving the circulation speed, and ensuring the circulation quality, technology innovation increased the efficiency of fresh vegetables circulation.
