摘  要:随着医学模式的快速发展,当前的临床教学已很难适应现代医学和传统医学人才培养发展的需要,因而深化医学教育改革,提高教学质量,已成为医学院校的迫切任务。临床实践教学是培养优秀、合格的临床医学人才的至关重要的培养过程。本文主要针对我校临床专业人才培养的后期临床教学存在的问题和应对措施进行了初步地分析和探讨,希望在此基础上对临床医学人才培养的改革提供新的思路。With the rapid development of the medical model has been difficult to adapt to the needs of the development of the culture of modem medicine and traditional Chinese medicine talents,deepening the reform of medical education,improve the quality of teaching has become an urgent task in medical colleges.Clinical practice teaching is a process of training and training of qualified clinical medical personnel critical,this paper mainly aiming at the existing problems of clinical teaching in our university clinical professional training and measures for the preliminary analysis and discussion,hope the basis of personnel training of clinical medical reform to provide new ideas.
