摘　　要：进入21世纪以来,随着新课程改革的不断深入,文化竞争力成为影响学校发展的关键,因此,要想办成一所优质学校,必须重视学校文化的建设。衡水市新苑小学以"和"文化作为学校的办学特色,不仅继承和发扬了中国传统文化的精髓,而且还提高了办学品位,为学校的发展起到了积极的促进作用。Since the 21st century,cultural competitiveness has become the key to the development of schools with the deepening of the new curriculum reform.Therefore,we must pay more attention to the construction of school culture in order to make a quality school.The ＂harmony＂ culture taken as the characteristics of Hengshui Xinyuan Primary School not only inherits and carries forward the essence of Chinese traditional culture but also improves the grade for promoting the development of the school.
