摘　　要：北京林业大学生物科学与技术学院为建设学习型党组织,开展党员电化教育,以立体化、多样化的新模式积极探索,确立电化教育的载体、内容和层次,从而不断扩大对党员的影响,增强基层党组织的凝聚力和战斗力。Beijing forestry university,college of biological science and technology for building learning-type Party organization,to develop electrochemical education of Party members,with the new model of＂ three-dimensional, diversified actively explore and establish the electrochemical carrier,content and level of education,thus increasing influence on Party members,enhance the cohesion and combat effectiveness of the Party organizations at the grass-roots level.
