摘　　要：教务员处于教务管理工作的最低层,其素质的高低直接影响着应用型本科高校教务管理工作的水平和质量。本文基于应用型本科高校的实际情况,结合自己作为教务员的教务经验,就教务员如何服务好大学、服务好学生、服务好教师谈谈自己的观点。The academic dean is at the bottom of the educational＇administration work,and their quality directly influences the level and quality of the educational administration of the applied undergraduate colleges.Based on the actual situation of the applied undergraduate colleges,this article has offered a few points-of-view on how to serve the colleges,students and teachers with my own experience as academic dean.
