我国跨境资本流动的马克思主义政治经济学分析

摘　　要：马克思将"资本"这一元范畴作为历史和逻辑上的起点,分析资本具有运动性、增殖性和积累性。对马克思主义经典作家关于跨境资本流动的研究成果,需结合中国当前改革发展阶段所蕴含的"历史规定性"进行批判性吸收。我国跨境资本流动中存在职能资本和金融资本"双重积累模式"格局,跨境职能资本的运动总公式存在地域和币种上的异质性,跨境金融资本中的借贷资本和虚拟资本由于受到人民币国际化和资本项目部分可兑换等因素还具有运动载体上的异质性。Considering the meta-category of'capital'as the commencement of whole outline,this article gives a sketch of the motion,appreciation and accumulation of capital,systematically combs up classical Marxist authors’statements on cross-border capital flows,and critically absorbs them in accordance with the'historical stipulation'compatible with current reform and development in China.Based on the analytical paradigm of contemporary Chinese Marxist political economics,the paper also researches related theoretical issues of cross-border capital flows in China,and analyzes the total formula for capital running in various situations.It is suggested that the cross-border capital flows in China play double roles,making up a'double accumulation mode'of functional capitals and financial ones.The disparity exists in region and currency for the total formula of capital running.Besides,due to relevant factors like RMB internationalization and capital account convertibility,the disparity in motion carrier still exists.
