摘　　要：无论是"硬系统",还是切克兰德的"软系统",都无法满足于人类社会活动系统的深层讨论。乌尔里克则站在"交往理性"的立场上,对系统思想中"应该做什么"的初衷进行了合理性拷问,并提出了独具特色的"批判系统启发法"。Whether it is ＂hard system＂ or Chekland＇s ＂soft system＂, cannot be satisfied with the deep discussion of human social activity system. On the view of ＂communicative rationality＂, Ulrich puts forward ＂critical systems heuristics＂ to conduct a reasonahle thinking on the original intention of ＂what should be done＂ in the systematic thought.
