摘　　要：钙调磷酸酶调节因子1基因是新兴发现的致病基因,该文综述近几年该基因与疾病研究的最新进展,为相关疾病的治疗提供思路。该文依次介绍钙调磷酸酶调节因子1基因及其表达方式,该基因参与三种疾病的方式的异同,并罗列了目前研究中遇到的问题,提出有效的措施,最后对该基因在疾病治疗中的应用进行展望。钙调磷酸酶调节因子1基因作为一个致病基因,其涉及疾病广泛多样,深入了解其作用机制,对疾病的治疗将大有好处。Regulator of Calcineurin 1 was a recently found gene,related to diseases. This review would introduce recent developments about it and provide some new ideas in treatment of some disease. It introduced this gene and its expression,the process of RCAN1 involving in diseases,some problems the researchers were faced with and some effective measures and finally,the author rise the expectation of the gene in diseases treatment. RCAN1 was a gene involved in many diseases,so we would get much benefit if researchers could know more about its mechanism in diseases.
