摘 要:目的观察桑菊薏菇粉对T2DM患者血糖控制的影响。方法本研究选取154例T2DM患者随机分成试验观察组(Obs,n=105)和对照组(Con,n=49),两组分别在每日3餐前开水冲服5g桑菊薏菇粉和对照制剂,持续13周。比较干预前后BMI、血脂、HbA_1c、血糖曲线下增加面积(iAUC)。结果各主要指标与基线比较,Obs组iAUC[365(234,503)vs 276(18,416)mmol·min/L]、HbA_1c[6.5(5.9,7.7)%vs 6.3(5.8,7.2)%]、TG[1.43(0.97,2.13)vs 1.30(0.92,1.95)mmol/L]均降低(P<0.05)。干预后Obs组iAUC低于Con组[276(18,416)vs 377(231,537)mmol·min/L,P<0.05]。结论桑菊薏菇粉有助于控制T2DM患者餐后血糖。Objective To evaluate the effect of Sangjuyigu powder on blood glucose in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). Methods 154 T2DM patients were selected and randomly divided into test group(Obs, n= 105) and control group (Con, n = 49). 5 grams of the Sang]uyigu or placebo powder was drunk with hot water before each meal for 13 weeks. Body weight, blood lipid, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood glucoseand incremental area under the curve (iAUC) in the standard meal test were compared before and after the intervention. Results The main indicators were compared between baseline and endpoint, and between Obs and Con group. Compared with the baseline,iAUC[365(234,503) vs 276(18,416)mmol · min/L].HbA1c[6.5(5.9,7.7)% vs 6.3(5.8,7.2)%].TG[1. 43(0.97,2.13) vs 1.30(0.92,1.95) mmol/L, P〈0.05] were all improved at endpoint in the Obs group. After intervention, the iAUC in Obs group was smaller than that in Con group[276(18,416) vs 377(231,537)mmol · min/L, P〈0.05]. Conclusion Conclusion Sangjuyigu powder may help to control the postprandial glucose in T2DM patients.
