马脂不饱和脂肪酸软胶囊制备工艺研究

摘　　要：采用正交试验法对马脂不饱和脂肪酸软胶囊制备过程中的囊壳处方及软胶囊干燥工艺进行优化研究,结果表明:囊壳处方最佳工艺条件为明胶、甘油与水质量比1︰0.5︰1,干燥最佳工艺条件为干燥温度25℃、相对湿度30%、干燥时间30 h,在该优化条件下,软胶囊质量评分分别可达89和88分,制备工艺稳定,质量可控,可为工业化生产提供理论依据。There was an optimization of orthogonal test on Malaysia unsaturated fatty acid soft capsule in the process of forming the capsule shell soft capsule prescription and drying process. The results showed that the optimal conditions for the prescription of capsule shell were the mass ratio of gelatin, glycerol and water 1 ： 0.5 ： 1, the optimum conditions were drying temperature of 25℃, 30% relative humidity and drying time 30 h, and under the optimal conditions, the soft capsule quality scores were 89 and 88, respectively, the preparation process was stable, controllable quality, and it could provide a theoretical basis for industrial production.
