摘　　要：全球半导体市场在经过2015年与2016年连续两年徘徊之后,2016年走出阴影,止跌回升。与此同时,中国集成电路产业在《国家集成电路产业发展推进纲要》的指引和国家集成电路产业投资基金的支持下,持续快速挺进,在全球引起较大的反响。通过分析全球半导体市场和我国集成电路市场总体趋势,展示中国半导体业崛起不可逆转。From 2015 to 2016, after two consecutive years of wandering, global semiconductor market was rebounded out of the shadows in 2016. At the same time, in the ＂national integrated circuit industry promotion program＂ of the integrated circuit industry guidelines and the national investment fund under the support of the sustained and rapid advance, Chinese integrated circuit industry caused great repercussions in the world. By analyzing the global semiconductor market and the general trend of China＇s integrated circuit market, it shows that the rise of China＇s semiconductor industry is irreversible.
