摘  要:目的分析某双(三氯甲基)碳酸酯项目包装线改造的效果,从源头控制职业病危害,保护劳动者健康及其相关权益,为相关企业职业病防治提供科学依据。方法采用职业卫生现场调查、现场检测及实验室检验等方法,对包装线改造前后相关职业有害因素接触水平进行符合性评价,判断包装线改造的有效性。结果该项目生产过程中产生的主要危害因素有氯气、氯化氢、氢氧化钠、噪声等;改造前后结片间和包装间的氯气、氯化氢的浓度差异均具有统计学意义,氯气、氯化氢改造前结片间超标点数分别为15、18处,改造后全部符合职业接触限值标准,改造前包装间氯气、氯化氢的超标点数为16、18处,改造后均符合职业接触限值标准;改造后防护设施可有效防止氯化氢、氯气泄漏,个人防护用品较为便捷。结论自动包装线可有效控制结片间和包装间的氯气、氯化氢的浓度,应大力发展全自动化生产线。Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of the reconstruct construction project of Bis (trichloromethyl) carbonate,control occupational hazards,protect the health rights of professional workers, and to provide a scientific foundation for preventing occupational disease. Methods Field hygiene investigation, enterprise sites inspection and laboratory testing were used to evaluate the project, assess the level of occupational hazard exposure and determine the effectiveness of reconstructing project on occupational health protection. Results There might be a few occupational risk factors such as chlorine, chloride hydrogen, sodium hydroxide and noise. The concentration of chlorine and chloride hydrogen after transformation were significantly different from the original project. There were 15 and 18 monitoring concentration points of chlorine and chloride hydrogen above the limitation in the operating room, 16 and 18 monitoring concentration points of chlorine and chloride hydrogen above the limitation in the packing room and all of them became normal after transformation. Protective equipment could effectively prevent the leakage of chlorine and chloride hydrogen, and personal protective equipment was more convenient after the transformation. Conclusion Automatic project could reduce the occupational hazardous gases concentration. Automated production line should be vigorously fully developed.
