摘  要:目的探讨五常法在科室区域分工管理中的应用效果。方法 2016年5月起应用"五常法"相关理论技术与区域分工管理相结合,对某内科病房进行分工管理,经过6个月的运行,对其实施效果进行主观评价,分别从工作环境、护士仪容仪表、用物准备耗时情况、仪器设备、物品完好率、满意度等方面进行调查。结果经过6个月的运行,工作环境、护士仪容仪表、操作用物准备耗时情况、仪器设备、物品完好率、满意度总分均有不同程度改善,P<0.05。结论"五常法"在科室区域分工管理中的应用,能有效地提高护理质量和护理满意度、维护良好医院环境。Objective To explore the application effect of 5s in the division of labor management in department. Methods Since May 2016, the “5s” theory and regional division of labor management have been combined to manage the division of labor in a medical ward. After six months of operation, the subjective evaluation of its implementation was made. The working environment, nurses appearance, material preparation, time consumption, equipment, goods intact rate, satisfaction and other aspects were investigated. Results After six months' running, the working environment, nurses' appearance, the time spent in the preparation, the equipment, the intact rate of the articles and the total scores of satisfaction were improved to some extent, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion The application of “5s” method in the division of labor management in department can effectively improve the quality of nursing care and nursing satisfaction, and maintain a good hospital environment.
